On December 31st, 2018, twenty-three years old and fresh out of a finance internship he couldn't stand, Adam sat down and did the math on his own life. The number was $106,427 in consumer debt.
He told his girlfriend the truth. She asked him when they were getting married. So he went to work: took a job, taught himself marketing, and built an agency on the side, matching his full-time salary within four months, then leaving to go all in. Inside two years, the debt was gone.
Today he's married to that same woman, a father to their daughters, and runs the business on a conviction that hasn't changed since: "Faith and hard work don't promise easy, but with God, all things are possible." The discipline that dug him out is the same one he brings to every founder's marketing.
